For selected contact lenses and contact lens solutions, we may arrange direct shipment from our authorized dealers to ensure faster delivery. In such cases, your order may not be shipped via Shiprocket and could be handled by alternative courier partners that offer quicker service to your location.

Rest assured, all courier and tracking details will be shared with you on your registered WhatsApp number. Please note that for these specific orders, the “Track Your Order” feature on our website may not be applicable or may not display accurate tracking updates.

In some cases, sharing tracking details via WhatsApp for these alternative courier shipments may be slightly delayed due to coordination with our authorized dealers. However, please don’t worry—if the product is available, we will ensure that you receive a 100% genuine product as quickly as possible with 100% guaranteed delivery.
